Our Beliefs
This is your sub-headline

At Anchor Ministries, Inc., our mission is to bring hope, love, and prayer to Cartersville and beyond, anchoring lives in Jesus. We are a Christ-centered outreach dedicated to transforming lives and communities through the power of the Gospel.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation for our faith and practice, guiding us in all aspects of life.

God

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and intimately involved in His creation.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the dead. Through His sacrifice, we have the opportunity for salvation and eternal life.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, empowering them to live godly lives. The Spirit provides guidance, comfort, and spiritual gifts for the edification of the church.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It involves repentance from sin, acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Savior, and results in a transformed life.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers. It exists to worship God, edify believers, and reach the lost with the Gospel.

Baptism and Communion

We believe in the ordinances of baptism and communion. Baptism symbolizes the believer's identification with Christ's death and resurrection. Communion is a remembrance of Christ's sacrifice and a celebration of our unity in Him.

The Return of Christ

We believe Jesus Christ will return to earth to judge the living and the dead. His return is the blessed hope of the church and motivates us to live holy and godly lives.
